hmmm. i saw on some tv channel that eating raw food helps to lose weight. not tht it's not plausible for me, but.. i dont like raw food! and sch doesn't even sell salad, not to mention raw food. rarrrrrrrr.

and recently, i've been eating out a lot. not to mention today's v nice dinner!

went to ghim moh with nurul, joyce and sher for mushroom soup recommended by ra(jan.

wellllll....... it wasn't too bad i guess. but i think i prefer campbell. aha. i guess i go for au superficial. the garlic bread was heavenly. but whtever i took off in the gym this morn, i put it right back on and probably ten times more. argh. ARGH.

oh yea. and i had lucky prata at lucky plaza ytd. shiok too. but, i think there was an overdose of salt and sugar. lol.

and nowadays, in order not to get cancer and the likes, must abstain from this and tht. not too much sugar, not too much salt, not too much water but not too little either, not too much meat but protein is better than carbohydrates, etc. aiyar. like tht might as well not eat at all. yes? yes.

this is starting to sound like a health post. but i wanna be....... =/.



okay. so on a lighter note (no pun intended), i've been having fun and the tests are finishing. yay yay yay. oh yes. and the latest trend: not replying msgs. aha. okay lar. im guilty of tht too.
